Who we are
Horizon Villas is a small, family-run collection of six holiday houses at Agios Ioannis, Porto, 842 00, Tinos, Greece, hosted by William Vlachos. We are the data controller for this site — registered in the Greek Business Registry (ΓΕΜΗ 159552138000), property registry number (Α.Μ.Α.) 1209423. What we collect, and why
Booking enquiries. When you contact us — by WhatsApp, email or phone — we receive whatever you send us: typically your name, contact details, dates and party size. We use it to answer you and arrange your stay, keep it for as long as the enquiry or booking is live plus what Greek tax and hospitality law requires, and never sell it or use it for marketing you didn't ask for.
Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages guests read, where visitors come from, which buttons get clicked. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set; Google may still receive anonymous, cookie-free signals used only for aggregate statistics. The legal basis for analytics cookies is your consent; for enquiry data it's taking steps ahead of a contract with you.

Where the data goes
Analytics data is processed by Google, which may transfer it to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We see only aggregate statistics — we cannot identify you from them. Beyond that, your data stays with us; we use no advertising pixels and no data brokers.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, or take it elsewhere. Email us and we'll sort it — usually within days, at most within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled something, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.

- Prices and availability shown on this site are indicative and can change; the price confirmed when you book is the one that counts.
- Photos show the houses as they are, but furnishings and small details evolve season to season.
- The pool has no lifeguard — children swim with their parents.

If we change this policy — for example, if we ever add new tools — we'll update this page and the date at the top. No silent changes.
